The key design principle for the Courthouse is to regroup all Queen’s Bench courtrooms into one wing and the provincial courtrooms into another, then joining them with an atrium offering general public services. An esplanade will help bring the 4 story building to a more human scale at the corner of Assomption Boulevard and Westmorland Street.
