The client wanted to enhance the look of its new property without adding to the footprints of the existing house. An improved roof plan, a strategic addition of windows on the Shediac Bay facade, a warming color palette and a reorganization of the interior spaces helped transform this 1970’s bungalow into a waterfront retreat.
