The new school, which will accommodate students from kindergarten to grade 6, can be divided in three sectors. A huge foyer, the gymnasium and the cafeteria are gathered at the core of the building. Classrooms, library and administrative functions are on the east side of the school while the pool, multi-functional spaces and fitness rooms occupy the west side.

Exterior sports installations such as baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts and a running track will also be available for school and community activities.

Despite its contemporary composition, the building will still have traditional symbols like the seven circles with native icons on the front facade.
